Make an Appointment!
While we are not a doctor’s office, we still value our time and yours. It is important to make an appointment with us when you won’t be rushed. Each evaluation is one hour and includes a written report detailing all the information we go over during our time together. Additional half hour (30 minute) times will be scheduled, but must be agreed upon and paid for prior to the end of the session.
We will agree on a day and time (at least 48 hour notice to allow for proper scheduling) to meet using video conferencing.

When setting up appointment times, please remember, our business is located in the state of Arizona. Since our state does NOT recognize daylight savings, we recommend looking up the local time in Arizona to determine what time will coordinate with your schedule.
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
Don’t worry, we will work together to schedule a time that is just right for both of us.

Our services are offered through video conferencing. All you need is a computer, tablet or smart phone with camera and microphone capabilities.
We use a free conferencing app called Zoom (https://zoom.us/).

Before your session, you are required to sign our PAYMENT AGREEMENT and WAIVER OF LIABILITY.
Purchase your 1-hour evaluation on our 'Services' page. Additional 30 minute blocks can be added as needed.
**All payments must be received to confirm your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your designated session time**

We understand that life can get in the way.
Cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance to receive a FULL REFUND.
Please note: If you do not answer your phone or sign into your video conference within 15 minutes of the designated session time, we will consider your session cancelled and a refund will NOT be provided.
We respect your time so please respect ours. Communication is very important to us. If something comes up, just tell us! We are just a call, text, or email away.
